Attorney Kirsten Balzer Miniscalco, an associate at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford, served as a session presenter at the 10th annual Toby L. Dickman Seminar: The Intersection Between Mental Health and Family Law.

The seminar featured an overview of the mental health issues affecting the practice of family law with in-depth discussions regarding mental health issues in custody matters, support matters, equitable distribution matters and protection from abuse matters.

Miniscalco joined Rubin Glickman in May 2013 as an associate attorney.

Her practice focuses on family law handling matters including divorce, custody, child support and property division.

She also represents clients in the area of Social Security disability law and civil litigation.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County bar associations.

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young participated in PathWays PA's Adopt-a-Family program during the 2017 holiday season.

The program allows PathWays PA client families to experience the many joys of the holiday season that they otherwise may not have been able to afford.

Stradley Ronon's attorneys and staff provided gifts, welcome kits and monetary donations to 14 adopted families that included 45 individual family members.

PathWays PA was founded in 1978 and is one of the Greater Philadelphia region's providers of residential and community-based services for women, children and families.

Listings that are not updated or verified will ultimately be eliminated from the database.
