Reger Rizzo & Darnall added Jason T. LaRocco to the firm as a partner in its Philadelphia office.
LaRocco brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm's insurance practices and litigation groups.
He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial auto litigation, premises liability, products liability, dram shop litigation, nursing home claims, real estate disputes and construction litigation.
Additionally, he has litigated general commercial matters and has also represented small to midsized businesses in contract disputes, fraud claims and in the execution of foreign judgments.
LaRocco is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel.
He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Jennifer L. Bragg joined Sansweet, Dearden and Burke Ltd., a health care law firm located in Wayne, as of counsel to the firm.
Bragg represents physicians and other health care providers in their business and regulatory matters.

McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Shawn K. Leppo is set to succeed Bruce Wolstoncroft as co-chair of the intellectual property group, joining Michael Doctrow in that role.
Leppo practices in the intellectual property, patent division and international law groups in the Harrisburg office.
His practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on patent counseling and litigation.
He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
He also is a board member of Capital Region Economic Development Corp., New Birth of Freedom Council of the Boy Scouts of America and St. Stephen's Episcopal School.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
