Elected and Appointed

Blank Rome elected Lewis W. Schlossberg to counsel.

Schlossberg concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial, tort and products liability litigation.

He represents private and public entities in all phases of civil litigation, from the initial pleadings stage through motions practice, discovery, mediations, trial and the appellate process.

He has participated in trials involving claims for breach of contract, negligence, injunctive relief, abuse of process, wrongful use of civil proceedings and violations of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

King, Spry, Herman, Freund & Faul named Keely Jac Collins a partner in the law firm.
Collins focuses her practice in employment, education and municipal law.

She is a speaker and author on topics that impact private and public sector employers of all sizes, including employee leaves, benefits, pay and other emerging employment issues.

Before joining King Spry, Collins served as a judicial law clerk for Lebanon County Judge Bradford H. Charles.

She has completed legal internships at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry and the Public Utility Commission.

Additions

Chartwell Law Offices added insurance defense attorney Jennifer C. Brennan to the firm's Moorestown, New Jersey, office.

Brennan is a workers' compensation defense attorney, with experience conducting trials and preparing witnesses and medical experts.

She represents employers, third-party administrators and insurance companies in various counties in New Jersey.

Brennan received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Paul A. Logan joined Post & Schell as a principal in the firm's construction, government contracts and surety law practice group, resident in its Philadelphia office.

He joins the firm from Powell Trachtman, where he served as a founding shareholder.
Logan focuses his practice on the representation of owners, contractors, material suppliers and other construction-related businesses on matters concerning local, state and federal governments via general services, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Highway Administration, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and state departments of transportation, among many others.

He handles complex construction litigation, commercial litigation, real estate development and law, contracts and specifications, and transactional matters that arise from his clients' business pursuits.

Prior to entering private practice, Logan served as assistant attorney general for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

On Dec. 13, 2017, Thomas A. Brophy, president and CEO of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin and president of The Lawyers' Club of Philadelphia, presented a $5,000 check on behalf of the club to Laurie J. Besden, executive director of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers.

The nonprofit provides peer assistance to save lives and restore the health and professional competence of Pennsylvania's judges and lawyers, members of their families and law students who are at risk as a result of alcohol and drug use, gambling, depression or other serious mental illness.
