Klasko Immigration Law Partners' William A. Stock participated as a panelist at the 8th Biennial Global Immigration Conference in London.
His panel, titled “U.S. Immigration and Visa Policy in the Trump Era—What Has Changed and What Has Not?,” reviewed key administrative, legislative and judicial trends.
Stock has practiced immigration law exclusively for over 20 years and is the immediate past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
His clients include small businesses, medium-sized companies and multinational corporations and their employees; hospitals, institutions of higher education and scientific research centers; as well as investors and other individual clients.

Matthew Whitehorn, a Dilworth Paxson partner in the firm's tax group and chair of the employee benefits practice group, is a scheduled presenter at a Philadelphia Bar Association CLE on “New Tax Rules Affecting Employee Compensation,” from 9–11:15 a.m. on Jan. 30.
This program will be co-hosted by the PBA's Employee Benefits Committee and tax section, which Whitehorn co-chairs.
Whitehorn works with clients on a broad range of benefits matters and has spent over 25 years focusing his practice on Employee Retirement Income Security Act issues.

Sarah A. Eastburn of Eastburn and Gray was appointed secretary of the board of directors of the Central Bucks Family YMCA.
She has been a board member since 2017.
Eastburn's professional practice at the firm includes wills, trusts and estates, litigation and taxation.
She advises clients at all stages of estate planning including wealth transfer, asset protection and succession strategies.
She earned her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and her LL.M in taxation from Villanova University School of Law.

Antheil Maslow & MacMinn partner Jessica Pritchard began her term as president of the Bucks County Bar Association.
Pritchard has been a member of the association and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including as board secretary, board member and as chair of the family law section.
Pritchard chairs Antheil Maslow's family law department.
Her practice focuses exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. •

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

Edmund Polubinski and Marie Killmond of Davis Polk & Wardwell have entered appearances for data platform software development company MongoDB and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
