Blank Rome's Joseph Keslar, the firm's director of library and research services, was inducted as a fellow at CodeX, the Stanford Center for Legal Informatics.
Keslar leads the firm's competitive intelligence, knowledge management and legal research services functions.
He played a key role in developing Blank Rome's competitive intelligence function, previously acting as its first-ever competitive intelligence manager.

McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Rachel Hadrick is the Widener University Commonwealth Law School Black Law Students Association's 2018 Professor Starla J. Williams Service Award recipient.
The Professor Starla J. Williams Service Award is presented to an individual in an effort to recognize their efforts to promote diversity within the legal community.
Hadrick is scheduled to receive the award during the annual Minority Alumni Honoree Reception hosted by the Black Law Students Association of Widener University Commonwealth Law School on Feb. 20.
Hadrick is an associate in the litigation, automotive dealership and insurance groups at McNees Wallace.

PennFuture is now accepting nominations for its fourth annual Celebrating Women in Conservation Awards, which is set to be held April 19 at the Independence Seaport Museum in Philadelphia.
Each year, PennFuture honors the accomplishments of five women conservationists in Pennsylvania.
This year's award categories include: Woman of the Delaware River Watershed, Woman of Environmental Justice, Woman of Climate and Renewable Energy, Woman of Community Engagement and Environmental Education and Woman with Lifetime Achievement in Conservation.
To submit a nomination, complete and return the nomination form at https://goo.gl/5NJbks and send up to two letters of recommendation (one per nominee) to PennFuture's Northeast Pennsylvania outreach coordinator Emily Rinaldi at [email protected] by 4:30 p.m., March 9.

Goldstein is a litigator who will be based in Weisbrod Matteis' Philadelphia office.
He will focus his practice on complex commercial and civil litigation in both state and federal courts and will represent clients in insurance coverage, business disputes and financial litigation.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

Edmund Polubinski and Marie Killmond of Davis Polk & Wardwell have entered appearances for data platform software development company MongoDB and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. David X. Sullivan, Thomas J. Finn and Gregory A. Hall from McCarter & English have entered appearances for Sunrun Installation Services in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer, is 3:24-cv-01423, Steins v. Sunrun, Inc. et al.
