Sarah M. Murray, partner attorney with Gross McGinley, was appointed to the position of solicitor for Lehigh County by the newly elected county executive Phillips Armstrong.

Murray was nominated by Armstrong for the position in early January and was recently confirmed by the Lehigh County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 24.

Murray focuses her legal practice on municipal law, corporate law and real estate, working with municipalities and companies in a variety of industries throughout the Lehigh Valley region.

Speakers

McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Schaun Henry is set to present as a panelist for an ALFA International-sponsored webinar titled “What's An Employer to Do in the World of #MeToo Harassment?” from 1 to 2 p.m. March 21.

Henry practices in the labor and employment group.

He provides representation and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and other federal, state and local issues.
