The plaintiffs in a class action against Electrolux alleging defective handles in over-the-range microwave ovens will get the chance to amend their complaint.

In his opinion and order, U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Brann of the Middle District of Pennsylvania granted in part and denied in part Electrolux’s motion to dismiss and allowed plaintiffs Elaine Rice and Alex Kukich leave to file an amended complaint.
