Jane M. Fearn-Zimmer joined Flaster/Greenberg as a shareholder in the business and corporate department, which encompasses the elder law, special needs planning, trusts and estates and tax practice areas.
Fearn-Zimmer, who will work primarily in the firm's Cherry Hill, New Jersey, office dedicates her practice to serving clients in the areas of elder and disability law, special needs planning, asset protection, tax and estate planning and estate administration.
Prior to joining the firm, Fearn-Zimmer practiced elder law and special needs planning with the Rothkoff Law Group.
She is presently serving as chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association elder and disability law section.

Simran Dhillon joined Conrad O'Brien as a litigation associate.
Dhillon will be based in the firm's main office in Philadelphia.
She will maintain a commercial litigation practice, representing clients in commercial matters and corporate disputes.
Prior to Conrad O'Brien, Dhillon spent several years at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where she was an assistant district attorney in the Federal Litigation Unit and the Appeals Unit.
Dhillon earned her law degree from Columbia Law School.
Elected and Appointed
Eastburn and Gray's Marc D. Jonas served as a panelist at the Montgomery Bar Association continuing legal education program on Feb. 15.
The seminar was titled “Coping With Objectors in Land Use Proceedings.”
Jonas discussed party standing and bond petitions in land use proceedings.
Jonas is co-chair of the firm's land use and zoning practice group.
He has experience in real estate, land use, municipal law and zoning matters, representing individuals, businesses, institutions, nonprofit organizations and municipalities.
He is a former chairman of the Montgomery County Planning Commission.

McNees Wallace & Nurick is among several food and beverage leaders supporting the second annual Philadelphia Grain and Malt Symposium presented by USciences Brewing Science Program, Deer Creek Malthouse, Kitchen Table Consultants and Philly Loves Beer this weekend.
The two-day symposium, set to start on Friday and continuing through Saturday, brings together farmers, brewers, distillers, bakers, restauranteurs and consumers for a night of networking and a full day of speakers, seminars, industry panel discussions and a food and drink showcase featuring local grain and malt Saturday at the McNeil Science and Technology Center.

On March 5, the Pennsylvania Medical Cannabis Society, in association with the Harrisburg Area Community College, will sponsor a Medical Cannabis Education Summit and CLE at the HACC midtown campus scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Post & Schell associate Ryan M. Logan, a board member for the Pennsylvania Medical Cannabis Society, who helped organize the summit, is set to serve as co-moderator on an afternoon CLE panel discussion, where Post & Schell principal Paul A. Logan is scheduled to present the ethics portion of the CLE titled “Marijuana Law in Pennsylvania: Ethical Issues Facing Attorneys.”
The CLE, sponsored by the Dauphin County Bar Association, is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
