The Philadelphia office of Greenberg Traurig added trial lawyer Keith E. Smith as a shareholder in its litigation practice, which is more than 600-lawyers strong firmwide.
Smith focuses his practice on the defense of national class actions, commercial litigation and products liability.
He has wide-ranging experience as both an adviser and trial counsel for regional, national and international clients.
Smith also represents energy resellers in variable rate energy and Telephone Consumer Protection Act class actions and manufacturers in class actions alleging product defect, warranty, consumer fraud, premature wear, product misrepresentations and antitrust violations.
Smith joins from Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott.

Edward P. Kelly joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in the corporate department in the firm's Exton office.
Kelly represents businesses and individuals in a range of corporate matters including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial loans and shareholders' agreements, among others.
In addition to advising clients on buying, selling and developing commercial real estate, he also structures and negotiates: commercial, office and retail leases and subleases; secured lending transactions; and real estate loans.
Kelly also represents the First Ward on the board of commissioners of Springfield Township, Delaware County.

Clement concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, zoning and land development, business law, intellectual property and civil litigation.

Andrews is co-chair of the real estate group and practices in the eminent domain, oil and natural gas and pipeline and oil/gas infrastructure groups.
Strong practices in the real estate group and concentrates his practice on representing wireless telecommunications providers and tower companies in all land use and leasing matters.
Matzura advises industrial, commercial and municipal clients on a broad range of environmental, health and safety issues, including water quality, stormwater, water use, wastewater, waste, hazardous materials and safety, and air quality.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
