Trial attorney John R. Ninosky joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin's Camp Hill office as a shareholder in the firm's health care department.
Experienced in medical malpractice, civil rights and general liability matters, Ninosky has tried dozens of cases to verdict in all of Pennsylvania's federal courts and in 11 county courts of common pleas.
He is experienced in methods of alternative dispute resolution and he conducts arbitrations and mediations throughout Pennsylvania.
In addition to being licensed in all of Pennsylvania's federal courts, Ninosky is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

He presented on “The Intersection of Tort and Family Law.”
Attendees learned how to spot, investigate and prepare for the trial of tort claims in conjunction with a divorce.
Borger has concentrated on family law since entering private practice in 1977, gaining experience in handling complex divorces involving alimony claims, child custody and parenting issues, child support, relocation applications to the court for a parent to move out of state with children, property and debt distribution, and applications to the court for protection from domestic violence and abuse.
He also has experience in preparing and negotiating pre-marital and cohabitation agreements.

The legal educational conference features speakers from across the United States covering topics of interest pertaining to legal marketing, management and best practices in handling cases.
Topics covered included “Sexual Harassment Litigation in the Wake of the #MeToo Movement,” “Technology and Lead Tracking” and “Tips on Improving Web Performance and Results,” among many other topics.
Munley is a Pennsylvania personal injury lawyer who has been in practice for 22 years.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. David X. Sullivan, Thomas J. Finn and Gregory A. Hall from McCarter & English have entered appearances for Sunrun Installation Services in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer, is 3:24-cv-01423, Steins v. Sunrun, Inc. et al.
