What happens when a Philadelphia transgender attorney debates a Christian lawyer from the Alliance Defending Freedom?
Tonight at 7 p.m. on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, “The American Law Journal” presents “'Pronoun Wars': The Law & Transgender in America.” Christopher Naughton welcomes attorneys Jessica Moyer of King, Spry, Herman, Freund & Faul, Julie Chovanes of Trans-Help and Thomas Ude Jr. of the Mazzoni Center. Also joining the conversation via satellite from Atlanta is senior counsel with the Alliance Defending Freedom, Matt Sharp.
The program examines the lack of clarity among national and state laws now fueling the debate stemming from cisgender and transgender plaintiff-driven litigation styles
panel.
