Daniel J. Sobol joined Stevens & Lee's labor and employment department as a shareholder.

He is resident in the Philadelphia office.

Sobol concentrates his practice in labor and employment matters.

He represents employers in labor matters before the National Labor Relations Board, including unfair labor practice charges, representation matters and in labor negotiations.

He also represents management in employment matters and in matters arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.

Laura A. Seider is a trial attorney with experience in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

She worked for three area defense firms before joining Fineman Krekstein.

Jacqueline D. Dirubbo is also a trial and transactional attorney, having served with a Philadelphia/New Jersey firm and as law clerk to Burlington County Superior Court Judge John E. Harrington.

She earned a B.A., MBA and J.D. from Rutgers Law School—Camden, and she is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Barry L. Cohen, a partner in the law firm of Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld, and Nancy Frandsen, a Baker & Hostetler partner, are set to co-chair the 2018 Pennsylvania Bar Institute Intellectual Property Law Institute.

Cohen's practice areas include litigation, intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation and employment.

For more than 30 years, Frandsen has guided clients not only through the core areas of trademark and copyright strategic counseling and portfolio management, but also through the more complex areas of the practice, including enforcement before the federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Harris Devor, CPA, forensic and litigation services partner at Friedman is set to receive the second annual Community Service Award, which is part of Temple University's Accounting Achievement Awards on May 2 at the Hyatt at The Bellevue in Philadelphia, alongside other business and civic leaders.

Devor has over 42 years of experience in applying generally accepted accounting principles, generally accepted auditing standards and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission requirements, as well as providing accounting and auditing services to smaller, privately owned businesses.
