A federal judge has overturned a hearing officer's decision that an autistic child was not given a free and appropriate public education.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Jacob P. Hart of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granted Colonial School District's motion for summary judgment.
The parents of G.K. argued the school did not provide adequate educational resources for hte child under IDEA, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act.
