Kang Haggerty & Fetbroyt, a business litigation boutique with offices in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, added Tianna K. Kalogerakis to the firm as an associate.
She received her J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, where she also earned a certificate in trial advocacy.
Prior to joining Kang Haggerty, Kalogerakis served as a judicial law clerk in both the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to Judge Lillian Harris Ransom.
Kalogerakis concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and business disputes such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and business torts.
She is admitted to the practice of law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
A member of the legal community, Kalogerakis is the president-elect of the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia Inc., an appointed member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division executive committee and board chair for galaei, a queer Latinx social justice organization.

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young partner Samuel J. Arena Jr. was elected as a fellow of the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel.
ACCEC fellows are elected from among practicing lawyers who have engaged in the practice of insurance law for at least 15 consecutive years, and who meet and continue to meet the qualification requirements that are established by the board of regents.
Arena has concentrated his practice on insurance law and fidelity and surety law for more than 34 years.
A leader in Stradley Ronon's insurance practice group and chair of the firm's fidelity and surety practice group, he represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage and fidelity and surety matters.
Arena has experience representing insurance companies in bad-faith and extra-contractual liability claims and litigation.

Blank Rome partner Jeffrey S. Moller was elected to the board of directors of the Maritime Law Association of the United States for a three-year term.
A member since 1988, Moller has also served as chairman of MLA's committee on regulation of vessel operations.
At Blank Rome, Moller is a maritime law practitioner who has parlayed his tort litigation experience into representations in shoreside toxic tort and environmental contamination cases.
He is a member of the firm's maritime emergency response team.
In addition, Moller is the business editor of the Journal of Maritime Law and Commerce, member of the federal Navigation Safety Advisory Council and an adjunct professor at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, teaching admiralty law.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
