The law firm of Reger Rizzo & Darnall partnered with the Philadelphia Bar Foundation to raise money in support of the foundation's annual Philly Jeans for Justice Campaign.

Through the one-day event, Reger Rizzo raised more than $300 for the foundation's annual fundraising campaign.

The attorneys and staffs from all of Reger Rizzo's offices donated money in exchange for wearing jeans to work.

The money raised will go to support the Philadelphia Bar Foundation's funding of grants and legal aid nonprofits throughout the Philadelphia region.

McNees Wallace & Nurick labor and employment attorneys Adam Santucci and Crystal Clark are set to present at this year's ​County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania County Administration Conference on May 30 at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in Centre County.

Santucci and Clark's session is titled “ADA Compliance: An Interactive Session on the Interactive Process.”

It will provide attendees with insights regarding compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, with a particular emphasis on navigating the required reasonable accommodation interactive process.

Santucci is chair of the McNees Wallace public sector practice group and is a member of the labor and employment and food and beverage practice groups.

Clark is a member of McNees Wallace's labor and employment and public sector practice groups and she advises clients on all facets of state and federal employment laws and conducts training for both clients and the bar on employment legal matters.

Thomas Wyatt, a Dilworth Paxson partner, is a scheduled speaker at the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association's 90th annual Technical Conference and Exhibition on June 5.

His topic: “When does selling a utility make sense and how can municipalities make the process go more smoothly?” is set to be presented from 9-9:30 a.m. during the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association's finance program.

Wyatt is part of the firm's corporate and business department as well as a member of the securities and mergers and acquisitions practice groups.

Based in the firm's Philadelphia office, Wyatt brings broad-based securities and corporate governance experience, including work on public offerings, acquisitions, dispositions and transition matters.

Additions

Augusta O'Neill joined Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg as an associate in the litigation department.

O'Neill's practice is focused on complex commercial litigation.

She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts, and has participated in the settlement of numerous cases.

She has served as a law clerk to Appellate Division Presiding Judge Jane Grall and as a judicial intern to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Virginia Long.

Prior to joining Klehr Harrison, O'Neill was an associate with a large Philadelphia law firm, practicing in general litigation matters.

Offit Kurman added Edward DeLisle to the firm's office in Philadelphia.

DeLisle will serve as a principal-level attorney with the firm's government contracting and construction law practice groups.

DeLisle concentrates his practice in the areas of federal contracting, construction law, construction litigation and small business procurement and litigation.

He has drafted and negotiated construction contracts, teaming agreements and joint venture agreements for subcontractors, contractors, developers and owners.

He has litigated, arbitrated and mediated complex construction and procurement cases in various jurisdictions and forums throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
