In a case over a sexual assault investigation by Saint Joseph’s University, the alleged victim, also a defendant in the case, contends she did not lie about the incident, as the disciplined student’s lawsuit alleged.

The unnamed woman, referred to in court documents as Jane Roe, filed an answer Monday in Doe v. St. Joseph’s University, denying that all contact between her and the unnamed plaintiff, John Doe, was consensual.
