Attorneys with Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Weinstock & Dodig, who two years ago helped secure a $50M settlement against IKEA over unsafe dressers, have sued the Swedish furniture company again.

The firm filed the suit in Philadelphia on behalf of a 2-year-old California boy who was killed after a MALM brand dresser drawer fell on him. In late 2016, the firm secured a $50 million settlement meant to compensate three families whose children were similarly killed after an IKEA brand MALM dresser fell on them.
