In a memo issued by Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-Butler County, he said he plans to introduce an amendment to the Administrative Code to make reports by the Office of Inspector General privy to Right-to-Know Law requests.

Metcalfe said that under his proposed legislation Right-to-Know Law requests wouldn’t be accessible for inspector general reports regarding a report that’s referred to a prosecutorial agency and is part of an ongoing criminal investigation or prosecution.
