In the wake of Philadelphia Judge Genece Brinkley’s decision denying Meek Mill’s bid to overturn a decade-old conviction, the rapper has once again asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to remove the judge from his case.

Mill’s appeal, which was filed late Wednesday, marks the third time since March that the embattled hip hop star has asked the state’s highest court to intervene in the proceedings.
