A maintenance company sued by an employee for injuries sustained on the job has lost its negligent design suit against the manufacturer of the equipment that injured the employee.
U.S. District Judge Malachy Manion of the Middle District of Pennsylvania granted defendant SCM Handling’s request to dismiss the third-party complaint filed by Keystone Maintenance Services Corporation.
