A hospital has no defamation case against a television production company for a “salacious” reality show based on one of its former plastic surgeons, an appeals court has ruled, but it can go after it for trespassing on hospital grounds.

The Pennsylvania Superior Court, in paring down Weirton Medical Center’s claims against Introublezone Inc. and its husband and wife owners, affirmed in part and denied in part the dismissal of the lawsuit by a Wyoming County judge.
