Ex-Philadelphia Family Court Judge Lyris F. Younge has again been overturned by the Pennsylvania Superior Court, adding to a growing list of decisions reversed for violating the constitutional rights of parents and children in her courtroom.

This time around, Younge’s decision to jail a father for seven days after being held in contempt was ruled by the appeals court to be improper.
