In a suit over an alleged $30 million conflict, a former client of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is filing an appeal in Pennsylvania Superior Court over what documents it should produce from its work with the law firm.

Towers Watson & Co. filed its notice of appeal late last week in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. It is appealing an order from June, in which the court granted in part Morgan Lewis’ motion to compel.
