Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads added Kendra Baisinger to its litigation department. Baisinger will serve as of counsel in the firm's Philadelphia office.
She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.
She has authored a number of successful appellate briefs and dispositive motions in federal court.
She also represents clients in a wide variety of matters involving many aspects of employment law including sexual harassment, state and federal anti-discrimination claims, and wage-and-hour claims.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Baisinger served as of counsel at a Philadelphia regional firm, and spent several years as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Elected and Appointed
The American College of Real Estate Lawyers elected David E. Schwager, a partner in the Wilkes-Barre law firm of Chariton, Schwager & Malak, a fellow of the college.
Schwager's practice focuses on real estate transactions, creditors rights, title insurance, real estate taxation, land use and zoning, business law, commercial litigation and municipal law.
He is vice president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Schwager is immediate past chair of the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, was chair of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals bankruptcy judge merit selection committee, and a past member of both the investment advisory board and lawyers' assessment committee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
He is also a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association real property, probate and trust law section and both the section's financing of real estate committee and real estate taxation committee.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The action, filed on Dec. 24 in New York Southern District Court by Zell, Aron & Co. on behalf of Goldeneye Advisors, accuses the defendants of negligently and fraudulently managing the plaintiff's $1 million investment. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
