Jennifer Allen comes to Triumph Group from CICOR International.

She's prepared for takeoff. Triumph Group, an aerospace manufacturer based in Berwyn, announced on Monday that it has named Jennifer Allen as its new senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.
Allen, who most recently served as the general counsel for CIRCOR International Inc., will be responsible for the company's legal function and will report directly to the company's president and CEO, Daniel Crowley.
“We are excited to welcome Jenn to Triumph's leadership team. Her strong business acumen and extensive legal expertise overseeing contracts and strategic M&A agreements makes her ideally suited to support our company through our transformation,” said Crowley in the announcement.
Allen replaces Triumph's long-time general counsel John Wright. Wright joined Triumph in 2014.
It is unclear where Wright is headed next, and a spokesperson for the company did not immediately return requests for comment on the changeover.
In addition to her role at CIRCOR, Allen, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, has also held in-house roles at BAE Systems Inc. and Wyeth. She has worked at Jones Day in an of counsel role and worked as an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
Triumph Group, a company with 14,000 employees and 57 locations, designs, manufactures and repairs aviation and industrial components.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
