Goldberg, Miller & Rubin added two attorneys to the firm.
Brandon Cohen joined the firm as an associate in the Philadelphia office.
He focuses his work primarily on the defense of clients in general liability, automotive negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist and premises liability cases.
Cohen was previously a judicial law clerk for Judge Edward C. Wright and a judicial fellow for Judge Lisa M. Rau, both of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
He received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2017.
Erik Neiman joined Goldberg Miller's Philadelphia office as an associate.
He focuses on the defense of clients in general liability, automotive negligence, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and premises liability cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Neiman gained trial experience representing plaintiffs in civil litigation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He also served as an assistant district attorney for the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, representing the state in a variety of criminal trials and hearings before judges, juries and magisterial district judges.
|Elected and Appointed
Archer partner Lloyd Freeman was appointed a member of the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law Advisory Board.
The advisory board is the external support group for the law school and advises the president of the university, the dean of the school of law and school faculty about the development of the law school's academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular programs.
Freeman's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
He is a member of the hiring and diversity committees and coordinates the firm summer associate program.
He also is the founder and chairman of the firm's affinity group, L.E.A.D. (Lawyers Encouraging Archer's Diversity).

The Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel held a ceremony at its October monthly luncheon to mark donations made by PADC to charities designated by PADC 2018 annual award recipients.
Donations were made to Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law on behalf of William J. O'Brien Distinguished Service Award recipient R. Bruce Morrison of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin (awarded posthumously) and to the Spruce Foundation on behalf of Joseph H. Foster Young Lawyer Award recipient Jason M. Poore of White and Williams.

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young attorney Kristen Gibbons Feden served as a panelist at the 2018 S.H.E. Summit on Oct. 19 in New York.
Feden's panel, “Time's Up. How to Create Non-Complicit and Zero Tolerance Culture,” discussed the Time's Up movement and its effect on business industries and local communities, and how to create a zero-tolerance culture.
Feden has experience handling civil and criminal cases. She concentrates her litigation practice on employment discrimination cases, securities litigation and other complex commercial litigation.
Through her practice, Feden conducts internal investigations for corporate, governmental and educational clients.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, she was assistant district attorney in the Trials Division of the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.

Driscoll from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr have stepped in to represent Symbotic Inc., an A.I.-enabled technology platform that focuses on increasing supply chain efficiency, and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

Edmund Polubinski and Marie Killmond of Davis Polk & Wardwell have entered appearances for data platform software development company MongoDB and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The case is 1:24-cv-07594, Roy v. Ittycheria et al.

Amy O. Bruchs and Kurt F. Ellison of Michael Best & Friedrich have entered appearances for Epic Systems Corp. in a pending employment discrimination lawsuit. The suit was filed Sept. 7 in Wisconsin Western District Court by Levine Eisberner LLC and Siri & Glimstad on behalf of a project manager who claims that he was wrongfully terminated after applying for a religious exemption to the defendant's COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The case, assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Anita Marie Boor, is 3:24-cv-00630, Secker, Nathan v. Epic Systems Corporation.

David X. Sullivan, Thomas J. Finn and Gregory A. Hall from McCarter & English have entered appearances for Sunrun Installation Services in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer, is 3:24-cv-01423, Steins v. Sunrun, Inc. et al.
