Nicole S. Haiem joined Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg as an associate in the corporate department.
She works out of the firm's Philadelphia office.
Haiem works with a variety of clients, representing private investment funds, privately held companies, and publicly traded corporations in general corporate matters, private equity financing, merger, acquisitions and joint ventures. She graduated from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law.

Arena serves as an adviser to the FLA.
He has concentrated his practice on insurance law and fidelity and surety law for more than 35 years.
Arena, a leader in Stradley Ronon's insurance practice group and the chair of the firm's fidelity and surety practice group, represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage and fidelity and surety matters.
He also has experience representing insurance companies in bad-faith and extra-contractual liability claims and litigation.

Flaster Greenberg shareholder Jeffrey A. Cohen participated in the Covenant House Sleep Out—Executive Edition on Nov. 15, along with over 1,700 business leaders in 19 cities across the U.S. and Canada.
Cohen joined 100 local business leaders to sleep on the streets of Philadelphia with the goal of raising awareness and money for youth overcoming homelessness through the Covenant House Pennsylvania.
The event took place from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the corner of 15th and Cherry streets in Philadelphia.
The night consisted of each team making shelter out of a small tarp and cardboard box, as well as attending educational workshops to learn what the Covenant House does for the youth affected by homelessness as well as meetings with some of the kids who recently came into the shelter.
Cohen counsels clients in complex litigation disputes and provides guidance to proactively address business formation and transaction issues.
He has spent over 23 years helping clients anticipate, address and resolve the day-to-day challenges and pragmatic decisions facing today's businesses.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer, is 3:24-cv-01423, Steins v. Sunrun, Inc. et al.
