  • On  Jan. 24, Philadelphia VIP will hold a free “Quiet Title Volunteer Training Program,” from noon-2:30 p.m., at Fox Rothschild, 2000 Market St., Suite 2000, Philadelphia. This training, led by statewide experts Edward Hayes and Bob Tintner, will explain how to transfer title of a property into a low-income client's name through the filing of a Quiet Title action. It covers the legal grounds, procedures, and forms for bringing a Quiet Title action, with an emphasis on the issues that low-income clients frequently encounter in obtaining title to a property.
