Matthew E. Selmasska joined the Philadelphia-based law firm of Fineman Krekstein & Harris as an attorney in the litigation group. He concentrates his practice on representing clients in litigation in the state and federal courts, including coverage actions matters involving insurance defense, consumer financial services and other commercial and business disputes. Selmasska earned his Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Law School.

While attending law school he served as an appellate judicial intern to Judge Robert Simpson of the Commonwealth Court. He currently serves on the editorial board for the Civil Litigation Update, a quarterly publication of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy hired attorneys Sean Livesy and Zachary Orenstein.

Livesy joined the firm's commercial department, primarily focusing his practice on real estate matters and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Zarwin Baum, Livesy was employed with the claims administrator to the National Football League Concussion Settlement, where he worked to incorporate hospital systems and top neurologists across the U.S. into the ranks of diagnosing physicians. He also served as a judicial intern for U.S. District Judge Thomas N. O'Neill Jr. of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Orenstein joined Zarwin Baum's defense department. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and coverage litigation as well as handling general civil litigation matters. Orenstein earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School. During law school, Orenstein worked as a law clerk at Zarwin Baum. He was also a member of the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic, which assists individuals in the community who could not otherwise afford the cost of litigation with SSDI applications and appeals, mortgage foreclosure and other civil litigation.
