Family law firm Shemtob Draganosky Taylor collected hats, scarves, gloves, toys, crafts and more to donate to Mitzvah Circle Foundation to distribute to local people in need.
Based in Montgomery County, Mitzvah Circle is a local nonprofit organization that provides material support to individuals and families dealing with crisis, poverty, homelessness and serious illness. The foundation is not faith-based and helps people in need regardless of race or religion.
Elected and Appointed
East Bradford Township, Upper Uwchlan Township and West Bradford Township have each elected a Lamb McErlane attorney as chairman of its board of supervisors.
All three townships are located in Chester County. Vincent M. Pompo was re-elected as chairman of the East Bradford board of supervisors, Guy A. Donatelli was elected chairman of the Upper Uwchlan board of supervisors, and Bill Christman was elected chairman of the West Bradford board of supervisors.
Pompo is partner and chairman of the municipal law department and the environmental law practice group.
His practice areas include municipal, land use and environmental law. Pompo also serves as township solicitor for a number of municipalities as well as several municipal authorities.
Donatelli is a partner in the litigation department and co-chair of the firm's employment group.
He concentrates his practice on employment and commercial litigation, representing individuals, businesses and municipalities in employment, business and land use disputes. In addition, Donatelli serves as solicitor and adviser to a number of municipalities.
Christman is an associate at the firm and concentrates his practice in municipal law, election law and litigation.
He specifically focuses on municipal, land use, property tax, administrative, finance and election law matters and general litigation matters. He advises townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities, as well as corporations and individuals.
Additions
Post & Schell made a number of associate attorney additions across its offices and practice groups.
Heather R. Printz joined the firm as an associate in its casualty litigation department in its Allentown office.
She defends clients in dram shop/liquor liability, premises, products and general liability claims. Her clients include self-insured businesses, insurance carriers and third-party administrators.
Andrew J. Berlucchi joined the firm as an associate in its workers' compensation department in its Lancaster office.
He represents self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation litigation throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Michael Joseph Ryan joined the firm as an associate in its professional liability department and medical malpractice defense practice group in its Philadelphia office.
His practice focuses on defending health care providers against medical malpractice claims involving catastrophic losses and significant financial exposure.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

Attorneys from A&O Shearman has stepped in as defense counsel for Toronto-Dominion Bank and other defendants in a pending securities class action. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. Crown Castle International, a Pennsylvania company providing shared communications infrastructure, has turned to Luke D. Wolf of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani to fend off a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Susan K. Declercq, is 2:24-cv-13131, The Town Residences LLC v. T-Mobile US, Inc. et al.

Wilfred P. Coronato and Daniel M. Schwartz of McCarter & English have stepped in as defense counsel to Electrolux Home Products Inc. in a pending product liability lawsuit.
