Dilworth Paxson partner Thomas S. Wyatt will be a panelist on the Fair Market Acquisitions Debate at the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners' 2019 winter policy summit in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 12 from 10:45 to 11:45 AM.

Wyatt's practice involves representing issuers in public reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other securities laws compliance issues; corporate governance matters for public companies and their officers and directors including Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance; and mergers and acquisitions in both public and private transactions.

He has experience representing municipalities before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission related to water and wastewater system sales.

The deadline for any updates or changes for the print version of the Philadelphia Bar Association's 2019 Legal Directory has been extended to February 8. Any further changes beyond that will not be reflected in this year's edition.

The instructions for updating law firm and individual listings were recently emailed to all attorneys and firms listed in last year's directory.

Listings that are not updated or verified will ultimately be eliminated from the database. Any attorney who was not listed in last year's directory should create a new listing at www.thelegaldirectory.org.
