Arguments about whether using the fluctuating workweek method to calculate overtime pay for salaried workers violates state law and whether an insurance carrier needs to provide coverage for an accidental shooting that occurred during a murder-suicide are just a few of the issues the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is set to address during its three-day argument session scheduled to begin April 9 in Pittsburgh.

The justices are set to hear arguments in 16 cases that delve into a range of topics including driving while intoxicated, grand jury secrecy and questions of police governance.
