An unnamed plaintiff has filed a lawsuit in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, alleging he was subjected to severe abuse and bullying while at the Valley Forge Military Academy and College.

The 24-page complaint, which was filed with the court Thursday, contended that the plaintiff, referred to as John Doe in the filing, and others were mentally, physically and sexually abused during their time at the school, and school officials failed to properly report the alleged behavior. The lawsuit was filed by attorneys from Laffey, Bucci & Kent.
