Loren L. Speziale, deputy managing partner with Gross McGinley, was appointed to the Rodale Institute's board of directors.
The Rodale Institute's mission is to expand organic agriculture by providing research and education to farmers and the community.
Speziale counsels small to midsize businesses on business, real estate and employment matters.
She also works with financial institutions on commercial loan transactions and assists private equity firms with the acquisition and handling of distressed loans.
Speziale serves as president for Women's Resources of Monroe County board of directors. She is a board member for the Easton Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the chamber's small business council. She also currently serves as chairperson of the City of Bethlehem Human Relations Commission.
The Rodale Institute provides education and training opportunities for farmers looking to learn and convert to organic methods.
The Rodale Institute operates a 333-acre, certified organic farm located outside of Kutztown that provides facilities for organic research projects and educational programs.

Wagner has over 25 years of experience in wealth planning, trusts and estates.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex estate and business transition planning, will contests and other fiduciary litigation, estate and trust administration, guardianships, tax-exempt foundations and other nonprofit organizations.
He regularly speaks for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, bar associations, the Fiduciary Education Foundation and other organizations on topics such as estate and business transition planning, fiduciary litigation and ethical considerations in estate planning and administration.

Levi S. Wolf, majority shareholder and managing attorney at the Pottstown firm of Wolf, Baldwin & Associates is set to be presented with the sixth annual Pennsylvania Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Section Award during an awards luncheon at the association's annual meeting May 16.
The award honors an individual lawyer or law firm that enhanced the professional reputations and abilities of solo and small firm attorneys in Pennsylvania.
Wolf is a past treasurer and longtime council member of the section, he frequently speaks at the section's annual retreat and other functions as well as continuing legal education seminars at the PBI.
At Wolf Baldwin, Wolf maintains a workers' compensation practice.
A member of the PBA workers' compensation section, he was part of the inaugural group of attorneys to be certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the section.
He is also a member of the Montgomery and Berks County family law sections and workers' compensation committees.
Wolf devotes time to charitable organizations in and around the Pottstown area, including the Carousel at Pottstown, the Steel River Playhouse, Project HEARTH, and Congregation Mercy and Truth synagogue.

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young partner Steven B. Davis served as a course planner for the Saint Joseph's University Insurance Regulatory Summit.
The featured speakers included National Association of Insurance Commissioners CEO Mike Consedine and Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Jessica Altman. The program focused on the state of the insurance market, challenges for regulators, impacts on producers and policyholders, and cybersecurity issues.
Davis is an insurance regulatory and coverage practitioner.
As chair of Stradley Ronon's insurance practice, Davis helps manage the firm's insurance-related regulatory and coverage dispute and litigation engagements.
He provides counsel and services in complex insurance transactional, regulatory and litigation matters.
He was previously general counsel of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
