Melanie Breaux Former attorney, Larsson & Scheuritzel, currently working in-house at The Vanguard Group.
Breux's practice at Larrson & Scheuritzel encompassed a wide range of real estate transactional work, including the representation of retailers, developers, end users, borrowers, and lenders in the sale and acquisition of commercial real estate, as well as the representation of commercial landlords and tenants in connection with retail and warehouse leases across the country.
Breaux is currently working as corporate counsel in the finance group at Vanguard. Her practice focuses on commercial contracts, real estate and finance. In addition, Breaux writes and participates in speaking engagements on topics ranging from substantive legal issues to diversity and issues related to career and professionalism.

Buchdahl is an attorney focused on assisting law firms with business development initiatives. He is chair of the American Bar Association's standing committee on continuing legal education and a past chair of the ABA's law practice division. Based in Moorestown, New Jersey, he is president of HTMLawyers, a law marketing company, which he founded and has run without interruption since 2001.
He works with law firms of all sizes and practice areas on initiatives ranging from business development strategy to evaluation of existing efforts, and placement of law marketing staff.

Fitzpatrick, a 2018 Lawyers on the Fast Track winner, focuses her practice on helping companies navigate employment laws. Before law school, she worked as a human resources consultant. At the firm, she defends employers in a wide range of employment disputes, with a focus on class and collective actions involving systemic discrimination claims, complex multiplaintiff matters, including ERISA matters, and harassment and discrimination cases.
She is a 2019 recipient of the Philadelphia Inquirer's Influencer of Law, Rising Star award, M.H. Goldstein Memorial Prize for Labor Law, University of Pennsylvania Law School and a recipient of the Blank Rome Alvin Ackerman Prize, University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Lisi is founder and president of Legal Internet Solutions Inc. (LISI), a digital marketing agency with more than 20 years' experience advising and serving law firms and legal services providers. As an original member of the Villanova Center for Information Law and Policy from 1992, he was involved with the earliest use of the web in the legal profession. He frequently writes and speaks on digital marketing topics for groups such as the Legal Marketing Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Association of Legal Administrators, and Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
He is also an active participant in the legal marketing community, serving as 2019 chair of the LMA Philadelphia LMA local steering committee, and served on the executive team of the Delaware Valley Law Firm Marketing Group.

Pang was elected president of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania's (APABA-PA) board of directors. Her one-year term in the position began on Jan. 1.
Melissa has been a member of the APABA-PA since 2010 and has served on the board since 2015. In 2017, she served as vice president of APABA-PA and co-chaired the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) Northeast Regional Conference.
A former White and Williams attorney—where she represented and counseled domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and other commercial matters—Pang now serves as assistant general counsel for the Philadelphia School District.

Rubinovitz is a litigation attorney and president of SMR Legal Search, a Philadelphia-based legal recruiting company with a focus on permanent attorney placement.
Prior to becoming a legal recruiter, Rubinovitz worked as a litigator at law firms throughout the Northeast, including a large national firm where she represented financial institutions and middle market businesses in complex commercial litigation matters. She has litigated in federal and state courtrooms throughout Philadelphia, New Jersey, Baltimore and Boston achieving successful results for her clients including trying numerous jury trials to verdict.
Rubinovitz is passionate about children and animals and volunteers at and supports those causes.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. Crown Castle International, a Pennsylvania company providing shared communications infrastructure, has turned to Luke D. Wolf of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani to fend off a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Susan K. Declercq, is 2:24-cv-13131, The Town Residences LLC v. T-Mobile US, Inc. et al.

Wilfred P. Coronato and Daniel M. Schwartz of McCarter & English have stepped in as defense counsel to Electrolux Home Products Inc. in a pending product liability lawsuit. The court action, filed Nov. 26 in New York Eastern District Court by Poulos Lopiccolo PC and Nagel Rice LLP on behalf of David Stern, alleges that the defendant's refrigerators’ drawers and shelving repeatedly break and fall apart within months after purchase.
