Matthew Galati Senior Associate, Green and Spiegel

Practice Profile: Galati's practice focuses primarily on immigrant and nonimmigrant investors, corporate counseling, litigation and worksite compliance. He has experience with nearly every aspect of immigration law and focuses the majority of his practice on EB-5-related matters. Galati has handled the preparation of hundreds of Form I-526 and Form I-829 petitions, as well as regularly advising U.S. companies utilizing the program. Further, he has creatively utilized other visa classifications in order to secure immigration benefits for his entrepreneurial clientele. Leadership Activity: Galati serves as the head of the immigrant investor division of the firm, and since 2016 has been the primary point of focus for scores of families looking to immigrate to the United States. Under Galati's leadership, the firm's marketing and branding was also revamped, through innovative digital and in-person campaigns.

He is also the current treasurer of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Philadelphia chapter, which boasts 403 members in eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Pro Bono and Civic Work: He serves as an ambassador for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, working to expand the organization's membership and welcoming businesses to the Philadelphia area.
