Practice Profile: Terebelo's practice involves all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration, focusing extensively on trust administration and fiduciary litigation. He has spoken and written on issues concerning trust modification and change of situs.

He is widely viewed throughout Pennsylvania as an expert on the Uniform Trust Code, and has written and spoken on these topics throughout the state.” Leadership Activity: Terebelo manages the firm's summer law clerk program. He also takes the lead in handling new attorney hiring efforts and internal attorney education.

He has also appeared in Orphans' Courts on many occasions, both as co-counsel and as lead counsel, representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries. Terebelo has obtained successful results on behalf of his fiduciary clients, successfully defending them against surcharge on numerous occasions. On behalf of beneficiaries, he has negotiated favorable settlements resulting in the return of misappropriated funds and securing the resignation of trustees.
