Practice Profile: Giombetti concentrates her practice on defending clients in products and premises liability actions. Her focus is on building strong and effective defense strategies. She has successfully advocated for her clients in both jury trials and arbitration proceedings. Leadership Activity: Giombetti assists in the hiring process and training of new associates. Pro Bono and Civic Work: In the fall 2018, Giombetti completed training to act as a child advocate through the Support Center for Child Advocates. Since then she has represented two children in a dependency matter in Family Court in Philadelphia and successfully reunited the children with their birth mother. In February 2019, she completed training to act as a volunteer attorney to screen applicants under the Pennsylvania Clean Slate Act. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
