A federal judge in Pennsylvania has tossed out a sexual discrimination case against Mexican food chain Chipotle, ruling that the plaintiff failed to state a claim under Title VII.

Plaintiff Jonathan Ally sued Chiptole claiming he was fired because “did not agree to do drugs, drink, and have sex with other employees,” according to U.S. Magistrate Judge Karoline Mehalchik’s June 17 opinion.
