Stacy Clark Marketing LLC announced that Stacy Clark, president of the firm, was recently interviewed for two “ElderLawAnswers” podcasts.
“ElderLawAnswers” is a provider of web-based practice development tools for elder law attorneys with the goal of helping firms reach clients with tools designed by elder law attorneys for elder law attorneys.
Clark was interviewed on “Marketing Dos and Don’ts” and “How to Build a Referral Network.”
Clark is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.
She is also one of the founders of the Delaware Valley Law Firm Marketing Group—a group of local lawyers, in-house marketers, firm and administrators and others that provides marketing education to the local legal marketing community.
A past vice chair of the marketing administrators committee of the American Bar Association’s law practice management section, Clark is also a member of the Legal Marketing Association and the Chester County Bar Association.

McNees Wallace & Nurick announced the addition of Austin W. Wolfe to the firm’s labor and employment practice group.
Wolfe works with employers in a range of labor and employment law matters, including employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, and workers’ compensation matters.
He represents clients before federal and state courts as well as a variety of administrative tribunals, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Wolfe earned his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
|Elected and Appointed
Friedman Schuman attorney Greg B. Emmons was appointed to the board of directors of Bucks for Kids, a nonprofit organization existing since 1991.
The organization provides enrichment grants to foster children under the supervision of Bucks County Children and Youth to cover expenses for art, music, sports, camps, clothing and special needs that are not covered by the county of Bucks or are not within the budget of the foster parents.
In the past Emmons and his wife were foster parents for Bucks County Children and Youth and were founders of the PJ’s for Kids program, which collects new pajamas and other personal needs items for foster children.
Emmons will focus his efforts while serving on the board of directors on events and fundraising.
|Announcements
The official name of McAndrews Law Offices was expanded to McAndrews, Mehalick, Connolly, Hulse, Ryan, and Marone.
Lesley Mehalick and Michael Connolly are the supervising partners for the firm’s estates and trusts and special education departments, respectively, and oversaw the expansion of the firm to Pittsburgh, Central Pennsylvania and Southern Delaware.
Katie Ryan assumed the role of chief executive officer while overseeing every area of the firm’s practice and participating in federal court work.
Heather Hulse established a special education presence in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania and operates the firm’s Scranton office.
Anthony Marone is an elder law attorney who handles general estate planning matters.
Caitlin McAndrews is a member of the bar of five jurisdictions (Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.), and expanded the firm’s special education and estate planning practice throughout the state of Delaware.
The firm will continue to use the name McAndrews Law Offices in limited contexts.

Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman announced its new office location in Newark, New Jersey, which currently hosts four attorneys and one administrative assistant, led by partner Michael F. McKenna.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

Edmund Polubinski and Marie Killmond of Davis Polk & Wardwell have entered appearances for data platform software development company MongoDB and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. David X. Sullivan, Thomas J. Finn and Gregory A. Hall from McCarter & English have entered appearances for Sunrun Installation Services in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
