The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board has filed a 10-count complaint against Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Lyris Younge alleging a “pattern of inordinate delay” in filing opinions, numerous due process violations against parents and attorneys and other misconduct during her time in Family Court.

The JCB’s investigation began after The Legal ran a series of articles exposing due process violations committed by Younge. In Tuesday’s 68-page complaint, the JCB said it received six confidential requests for investigation.
