Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young partner Christopher W. Rosenbleeth was appointed chair of the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia forecast and capital markets committee.
ULI Philadelphia focuses on the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining communities through land use education.
Rosenbleeth is chair of Stradley Ronon's real estate practice group.
He represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, real estate investment trusts, corporate clients and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities.

Blank Rome associate Thomas J. Szymanski was appointed to the Rutgers University Alumni Association Alumni Leaders Council.
The council officially convenes at least once annually, at the Alumni Leaders Conference, where council members gather to share best practices and new ideas in alumni engagement.
The council is also responsible for ratifying the slate of RUAA board officers and board members annually.
Szymanski graduated from Rutgers Law School, Camden.
At Blank Rome, Szymanski's labor and employment practice ranges from counseling to litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
His experience includes nationwide and single-plaintiff wage-and-hour claims; discrimination, retaliation and hostile work environment claims; complex restrictive covenant and breach-of-contract litigation; and employment due diligence counseling for mergers and acquisitions.

PADC volunteers prepared a picnic-style Barbeque dinner for over 100 people staying at the RMH.

Charny Karpousis Altieri & Donoian partner Michelle Altieri published an article titled "Who Gets What" in the Summer 2019 issue of the American Bar Association Family Advocate.
In this feature, she provides an overview of the various issues surrounding the division of assets and property in cases of divorce.
Written as a Q&A, the article addresses frequently asked questions posed by divorce clients.
Family Advocate is published by the family law section of the American Bar Association and is a source for family law-related issues, procedures, state trends and federal mandates.
Altieri concentrates her practice in divorce and family law.
Her client representation involves issues including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, property settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence and adoption.
She has experience with divorce litigation and settlement negotiations, mediations and arbitrations.
Altieri is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its family law executive committee and was most recently named to the Camden County Bar Association board of trustees.
She is also a master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inns of Court and serves as the programming co-chair as well as a matrimonial early settlement panelist in Burlington, New Jersey, and Gloucester, New Jersey, counties.

Driscoll from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr have stepped in to represent Symbotic Inc., an A.I.-enabled technology platform that focuses on increasing supply chain efficiency, and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

Edmund Polubinski and Marie Killmond of Davis Polk & Wardwell have entered appearances for data platform software development company MongoDB and other defendants in a pending shareholder derivative lawsuit. The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The case is 1:24-cv-07594, Roy v. Ittycheria et al.

The suit was filed Sept. 7 in Wisconsin Western District Court by Levine Eisberner LLC and Siri & Glimstad on behalf of a project manager who claims that he was wrongfully terminated after applying for a religious exemption to the defendant's COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The case, assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Anita Marie Boor, is 3:24-cv-00630, Secker, Nathan v. Epic Systems Corporation.

David X. Sullivan, Thomas J. Finn and Gregory A. Hall from McCarter & English have entered appearances for Sunrun Installation Services in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer, is 3:24-cv-01423, Steins v. Sunrun, Inc. et al.
