Timoney Knox added Adrienna Hunsberger as an associate to the law firm.

Hunsberger is part of the insurance practice group at Timoney Knox.

She focuses her practice on insurance litigation including policy coverage disputes, bad faith/extra-contractual liability and insurance fraud investigations.

She received her Juris Doctor from the Savannah Law School in Savannah, Georgia.

Prior to law school, Hunsberger worked as both a paralegal and a legal assistant.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Hunsberger is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association young lawyers division, the Montgomery Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta, an international law fraternity.

Peter J. Sarubbi joined Hyland Levin Shapiro as an associate.

Sarubbi will be a member of the litigation practice group.

Prior to joining Hyland Levin, Sarubbi was an associate at Capehart Scatchard.

His prior experience includes serving as a judicial intern and extern to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Lee A. Solomon and as a judicial intern to U.S. District Judge Robert B. Kugler of the District of New Jersey.

Sarubbi is a graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey.

Dilworth Paxson announced the addition of associate Ted Oyphanith to the firm's intellectual property department in its Philadelphia office.

Oyphanith concentrates his practice on electrical, mechanical and financial business process patents, specializing in 5G networks and software.

Prior to practicing law, Oyphanith was a financial technology professional for over 15 years.

Serving as a program manager, project manager and software developer, Oyphanith engaged in the development and implementation of financial systems for Fortune 500 companies and large government entities on a global scale.

Oyphanith received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.

Association of Privacy Professionals.

The CIPP/E is credentialed to those who demonstrate knowledge of European privacy laws and regulations and understanding of the legal requirements for the responsible transfer of sensitive personal data to and from the U.S., the EU and other jurisdictions.

Markey practices in the McNees privacy and data security practice group where he advises clients on compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation; the self-certification process under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield; and compliance with U.S. privacy and data breach notification laws.
