Augusta M. O'Neill, an associate in Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg's litigation group, was accepted into the Anti-Defamation League's Glass Leadership Institute class of 2020.
The Glass Leadership Institute was established over 20 years ago with the intent to empower young adults to "stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment for all."
The GLI program is active in 24 cities across the United States, with each local cohort bringing together young adults interested in learning about effective advocacy and leadership in pursuit of ADL's mission.
Augusta focuses her practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment issues.
She represents clients on products liability, construction site liability, medical malpractice, commercial premises liability, dram shop liability and commercial contract matters.
She also represents corporate clients in all aspects of public procurement and government contracts litigation and litigates a variety of commercial disputes for clients ranging from small local businesses to multinational corporations in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Augusta and received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2013.

David S. Neufeld, an attorney and shareholder in Flaster Greenberg's Boca Raton, Florida, and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, offices, was recently appointed to the joint editorial board of the Uniform Laws Commission for Trust and Estate Acts by the American Bar Association section of real property trust and estate law.
The board is composed of 24 members, including those appointed by the ULC—ABA-RPTE and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel—and monitors legal developments in trust and estate law and recommends new uniform acts or amendments to existing acts.
Neufeld advises individuals and businesses and foreign governments on sophisticated planning for income tax, estate tax, state residency tax, asset protection and insurance and investment planning.
He is past chair of the insurance and financial planning committee of ABA-RPTE, among other leadership positions within the ABA.
The Uniform Law Commission, established in 1892, provides states with nonpartisan legislation that brings clarity and stability to areas of state statutory law.
It is a state-supported organization, comprised of commissioners from each state, Washington, D.C.; Puerto Rico; and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Rajan Rai of DigiStream Investigations is set to present "The Age of Social Media Investigations" at noon Sept. 24.
This course will educate attorneys about trends in social media investigations, privacy and legal issues and concerns, as well as the importance of properly preserving, authenticating and presenting evidence in court.
The event is set to be held at Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and is approved for 1.2 New Jersey credits and 1.0 Pennsylvania credits.

McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Devin Chwastyk spoke at the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators' 2019 annual Investigators Conference in Hershey.
Chwastyk's presentation, "Data Breaches: Emerging Legal Issues," summarized applicable data protection laws, breach notification requirements and other related topics.
Chwastyk is chair of the McNees privacy and data security practice group where he advises clients on how to get ahead of data exposure by developing data security policies, privacy disclosures, breach response plans, and associated training programs.
Chwastyk helps clients remedy and report security breach events.
He holds the certified information privacy professional (U.S.) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
