A Pennsylvania woman and her 15-year-old daughter have sued electronic cigarette-maker Juul over allegations that the company’s marketing duped the teenager into buying a product she thought was safer than conventional cigarettes.

The plaintiffs sued San Francisco-based manufacturer in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Attorneys from Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins in Voorhees, New Jersey, filed the lawsuit.
