The attorneys of Rothman Gordon announced that Marilyn Le Lodico joined the firm.
She represents clients in commercial real estate and business transactions, including acquisitions, financings and commercial leasing.
She also serves as closing officer, reviewing titles, ensuring compliance with municipal ordinances and preparing real estate closing documents.
Lodico also has experienced with collection issues and litigation, including land use and creditor-side bankruptcy matters.
Lodico received her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Hay-Sell Pittsburgh American Inn of Court.
Elected and Appointed
MacElree Harvey announced the election of Peter E. Kratsa as president of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
PACDL is a nonprofit organization founded in 1988 to provide education and resources to criminal defense lawyers in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The association consists of over 900 attorneys from across the commonwealth, and in addition to supporting criminal defense lawyers, its mission includes protecting the rule of law and improving the criminal justice system.
Kratsa chairs MacElree Harvey's criminal defense practice group and has over 25 years of experience defending individuals and entities under investigation and/or accused of criminal activity.

Pennsylvania Trust, a wealth management firm in the Philadelphia region, announced Teresa R. Colleran was appointed senior vice president of wealth advisory and fiduciary services.
In her new role, Colleran will administer trust and guardianship accounts with a focus on serving individuals with special needs.
Prior to joining Pennsylvania Trust, Colleran worked at The Colleran Firm in Philadelphia, where she handled complex personal injury litigation and provided support to her clients through the litigation process.
Colleran developed and implemented the firm's protocols on lien compliance, and she advised clients on benefits eligibility and selection of appropriate fiduciary mechanisms.
She also handled all aspects of post-settlement procedure, including the preparation of petitions for court approval, guardianships and settlement distributions.
Prior to her experience at the Colleran Firm, she worked at The Beasley Firm in Philadelphia, and she served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge John P. Fullam of the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania. Colleran earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 1993.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

Attorneys from A&O Shearman has stepped in as defense counsel for Toronto-Dominion Bank and other defendants in a pending securities class action. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. Wolf of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani to fend off a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
