Pennsylvania State Rep. Movita Johnson-Harrell, D-Philadelphia, who formerly served as victim advocate in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, has been charged with stealing more than $500,000 from a charity she ran aimed at providing home health services for elderly people and those with mental health problems.
