McNees Wallace & Nurick chairman emeritus David Kleppinger joined RETTEW's board of directors.
RETTEW is an employee-owned company providing civil engineering and surveying services. Kleppinger has experience representing clients in the electricity, natural gas, water/wastewater and communications market.
Kleppinger served on organizational and nonprofit boards including The United Way of the Capital Region, The Foundation for Enhancing Communities, Team Pennsylvania Foundation, Jonathan Eshenour Foundation and The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry's board of directors.
Kleppinger is also a member of The Pennsylvania State University board of trustees and a member and past chair of the Penn State political science department board of visitors.

Barley Snyder announced that partner Maria Di Stravolo Elliott was named to the board of directors at Venture Lititz, a nonprofit, nationally accredited Main Street Program.
Venture Lititz aims to make downtown Lititz a dynamic business environment, a tourism destination and a thriving community.
It works to sustain local businesses and the community's quality of life through economic development, business recruitment and retention, beautification projects, community cleanups and historic preservation and advocacy.
Di Stravolo Elliott is a resident of Lititz and an advocate for its standing as a Lancaster County destination.
Di Stravolo Elliott is the chair of the Barley Snyder real estate, municipal and environmental practice group.
She is also secretary and a member of the board of directors at the Lititz Regional Community Development Corp. and volunteers at St. James Catholic Church in Lititz.
In 2019, she also became a member of the Lancaster Chamber's annual dinner advisory group.

Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin announced that attorney Daniel L. Maschi joined the firm as an associate in the firm's real estate, municipal and business departments.
Maschi's practice is focused on real estate, land use, zoning and municipal law.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
During his time at Villanova, Maschi was also vice president of the real estate law society, served as a judicial extern for Judge Thomas C. Branca of the Montgomery County Court of Common
Pleas, and worked as a law clerk for two private firms.
He is a member of the Montgomery and Pennsylvania bar associations.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
