Post & Schell announced that Marc H. Perry was elected as a member of the firm's board of directors to a three-year term.
Perry is a principal in the firm's casualty litigation department, co-chair of its hospitality and retail practice group and chair of its diversity and inclusion committee.
He is based in Post & Schell's Philadelphia office.
He joins the six other members of the firm's board of directors that includes board chair and co-chair of the firm's energy and utilities practice group Michael W. Gang; president and chief executive officer and chair of the firm's business law and litigation department A. James Johnston; chair of the firm's casualty litigation department Daniel S. Altschuler; chair of the firm's workers' compensation department Patrick T. Cusick; co-chair of the firm's environmental practice group Stephen C. Jones; and principal in the firm's professional liability department Amalia V. Romanowicz.

Flaster Greenberg announced that Ross E. Alexander, Michael J. Bonella, Joseph R. Klinicki and Michael F. Piscitelli joined the firm as shareholders in the firm's intellectual property department in Philadelphia, bringing with them an international patent procurement and litigation practice.
The group represents clients primarily in the technology, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
All four shareholders previously worked at a boutique intellectual property firm in Philadelphia before joining Flaster Greenberg. The team worked together for approximately eight years at their prior firm.
Additionally, Klinicki will serve as chair of Flaster Greenberg's patent practice group, a subset of the firm's intellectual property department, and Bonella will serve on the firm's board of directors.
Alexander focuses his practice in patent procurement, trademark procurement and defense, patent licensing and patent litigation. His clients range from large financial service corporations and medical device manufacturers to small tech startups.
Alexander has experience with technological, legal and business aspects of inventions that leverage electrical and computer systems. He also has experience formulating and executing post-grant strategy.
Bonella's practice focuses on complex patent litigation in technology areas including electrical hardware and software, medical device, consumer products and telecommunications.
He is also certified by the U.S. Navy as a nuclear engineer.
Klinicki helps companies develop and secure their intellectual property rights and has experience in every stage of the patent life cycle.
Klinicki's patent procurement practice includes global portfolio management responsibilities.
His practice also includes transactional support related to IP transfers and licensing as well as representing clients in commercial litigation.
Piscitelli focuses his practice on patent procurement within the electrical, computer and electromechanical fields, with an emphasis on a range of technologies such as wireless telecommunications, data processing, machine learning, medical devices and electrical systems.
He works with businesses and inventors throughout the patent procurement process from invention disclosure to patent issuance for both domestic and foreign applications.

Barley Snyder announced that attorney Kevin Koscil joined the firm as a partner.
Koscil is a member of the firm's trust and estates and tax practice groups and comes to Barley
Snyder after more than a decade in estate planning and corporate tax work at a Philadelphia-area law firm.
He will be based out of the Harrisburg office and also work in the firm's new Schuylkill Haven office.
Koscil graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
While living and working in the Philadelphia area, Koscil volunteered for Philadelphia VIP, an organization that provides free legal service to clients facing legal challenges that threaten their housing, family or income.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
