Capehart Scatchard announced that two attorneys were admitted as shareholders to the firm.
The new shareholders are Maura Burk in the workers' compensation department and Edward F. Kuhn III in the litigation department.
Burk focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies and insurance carriers in workers' compensation defense matters.
Kuhn focuses his practice in general defense litigation through the federal and state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with a concentration on tort defense, premises liability, products liability, Tort Claims Act defense, construction, estates, employment and professional malpractice.

McNees Wallace & Nurick announced attorney Vicki Karandrikas was elected to the Cultural Alliance of York County board of directors.
Karandrikas, along with four other individuals, were elected to the board in December 2019. The 2020 executive committee was also elected.
The Cultural Alliance of York County works to fuel a creative and vibrant community through leadership, collaboration and sustainability. It envisions a thriving community where the arts are an integral component of economic growth and development, tourism, education and everyday life.
Karandrikas practices in the McNees energy and environmental law practice group.
Karandrikas is a member of the York and Dauphin County bar associations.
She served as chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's public utilities law section and as chair of the Energy Bar Association's state commission practice committee.
Karandrikas is a member of the McNees pro bono committee and volunteered on the Cultural Alliance's grant allocation committee, as well as the anniversary gala planning committee.
She is also a member of the Rotary Club of York.

Archer & Greiner announced that attorneys Melissa Osorio Dibble, Pete Jamison and Jonathan P. Rardin were named partners of the firm.
The new partners were previously associates with Archer. They represent clients in several practice areas, which include estate and trust litigation, environmental law, trade secret protection and noncompete, and commercial litigation.
Dibble concentrates her practice in the area of estate and trust litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Dibble handles all varieties of probate, general equity and Orphans' Court matters.
She represents institutions and individuals including banks, universities, executors, trustees, beneficiaries of estates and trusts and intestate heirs.
Dibble is a frequent speaker on topics regarding estate and trust litigation and authored articles on the doctrine of writings intended as wills and the Uniform Trust Code.
Jamison concentrates his practice on environmental counseling, regulatory compliance and environmental litigation in state and federal courts.
Jamison assists in counseling clients on a variety of federal environmental laws and their state counterparts.
Jamison also has experience litigating environmental matters and assisting clients identified as potentially responsible parties at former industrial sites throughout the United States.
Jamison's work regularly involves litigating corporate successor liability issues, contractual indemnification claims and the equitable allocation of cleanup costs.
Rardin concentrates his practice in commercial disputes.
Rardin also has experience defending both private and public employers in civil rights actions before state and federal courts and administrative bodies, such as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Rardin has experience representing landowners in various types of real estate litigation.
Rardin's litigation practice also includes trade secret protection, tax litigation and estate litigation.
He represents a variety of clients, including large private businesses, small closely held businesses and government agencies.
